Etiketten-RFID.de: Personalised RFID Label From a Single Source – From Prototype to High-Volume Production

The Auto-ID world is becoming more diverse. Where a standard UHF label used to be sufficient for logistics, today's applications demand significantly more: on-metal tags for manufacturing, tamper-proof labels for pharmaceuticals and healthcare, sensor labels with temperature or humidity monitoring for the cold chain, integrated RFID label for documents, letterheads and laboratory reports. Add to this the growing requirements around the Digitaly Product Passport (DPP) and the regulatory obligation for end-to-end traceability.

With the new landing page Etiketten-RFID.de, IDCRAFT consolidates this diversity in a single location. The portal is aimed specifically at B2B users from industry, logistics, healthcare, e-commerce and media production – companies looking for an experienced partner for their Auto-ID projects, with real stock levels, in-house printing capabilities and deep hardware expertise.

Printing and Encoding in a Single Pass

IDCRAFT's in-house print service combines printing and encoding in a single production step. The thermal transfer process applies logos, barcodes (Code 128, EAN, GS1-128), QR codes, plain text and sequential serial numbers – in parallel with electronic chip
programming: EPC or UID encoding, NDEF records for NFC applications, or customer-specific data structures including checksum generation. This eliminates plate, set-up and programming costs. Users receive fully personalised, ready-to-use labels – from a quantity of one. Pilot projects and sample runs can be produced just as economically as rollouts of several thousand units.

Broad Chip Portfolio and Specialities

Etiketten-RFID.de covers the full range of common RFID chips – from NXP, Impinj, Alien and STMicroelectronics – with memory sizes up to 8,192 bits. Alongside standard labels on paper, PET and PP, users will find an extensive speciality portfolio:

  • On-metal labels with adapted antenna geometry for metallic surfaces
  • High-temperature labels for heat treatment and paint processes
  • Tamper-proof labels with controlled destruction on removal
  • Integrated RFID labels for letterheads, files and laboratory reports
  • Sensor labels with temperature, humidity or acceleration sensors
  • Dual-frequency solutions for applications requiring both UHF and HF

Short Lead Times Thanks to In-House Stock

Through substantial stock levels of common inlays and blanks, IDCRAFT can also deliver at short notice. UHF stock items leave the building on the day of order, and short turnaround times are planned in for larger volumes as well. Dry and wet inlays are also supplied as semi-
finished products for media houses, label printers and contract manufacturers.

Consulting as a Core Element

Etiketten-RFID.de does not replace a configurator – the portal is the entry point into a consulting process. The choice of the right chip, antenna geometry, substrate and adhesive depends on the application: read range, surface, environmental conditions, regulatory requirements. IDCRAFT supports projects from the initial specification through prototyperequirements. IDCRAFT supports projects from the initial specification through prototype testing to series production.
