Overview
The Chainway UR1A is a high-performance integrated UHF RFID reader engineered for reliable, continuous operation in industrial and commercial environments. Built on the proven Impinj E-Series platform with Gen2X technology, it delivers fast and accurate tag identification with read rates exceeding 1,300 tags per second. Full support for EPC Class 1 Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C and global UHF frequency bands (EU, US, and other regions) ensures seamless worldwide deployment.
With its integrated circularly polarized antenna (6 dBi or 9 dBi), the UR1A offers stable and consistent read performance in space-constrained installations. The rugged IP65-rated housing protects the device against dust and water, while wide operating temperature support enables use in demanding industrial conditions. Power is supplied via DC or PoE/PoE+, allowing flexible and cost-efficient installation.
The UR1A supports RS-232, Ethernet (RJ45), and GPIO interfaces for easy integration into existing automation and IT infrastructures. It is an ideal solution for applications such as warehouse and inventory management, production line tracking, library and archive systems, and secure asset identification in banking and industrial environments.
