Overview
The CT modAx6060P is a compact UHF | RAIN RFID patch antenna for integration into handheld readers and portable terminals. Built from stacked FR4 boards on a 60 × 60 mm footprint, it weighs 25 g and provides circular polarization with more than 3 dBic gain.
A wide 120° × 120° beam suits short-range reading from a handheld device. The antenna is tuned to the European band 865–868 MHz with VSWR ≤ 1.3:1 and 50 Ω impedance and works with UHF | RAIN RFID reader modules to ISO/IEC 18000-63 / EPC Gen2.
As a passive component without housing, it needs no power supply and is mounted inside the end device via four Ø 2.0 mm holes (53.8 mm square). The RF feed is a coaxial lead with SMA connector, MMCX on request; the operating temperature range is −40 to +85 °C.
