Overview
The CT panAx10CS is a high-gain, circularly polarized UHF | RAIN RFID panel antenna with a narrow beam. 10 dBic gain and a 70° × 45° beam concentrate the read zone for long-range applications such as vehicle identification at gates and barriers. The 460 × 220 × 35 mm housing weighs 2.5 kg.
Circular polarization with an axial ratio below 3 dB keeps tag detection largely independent of tag rotation. The wideband design covers 860–960 MHz, so one version serves the EU, US and other regional UHF bands, with VSWR ≤ 1.3:1 and 50 ± 1 Ω impedance for any UHF | RAIN RFID reader (ISO/IEC 18000-63, EPC Gen2).
The SMA female connector sits on the long side of the white ASA and aluminium housing; mounting plates at both ends fix the antenna to poles, masts or walls. The operating temperature range is −40 to +85 °C.
