Overview
The CT panAx8CNP is a slim, circularly polarized UHF | RAIN RFID panel antenna with a narrow beam. With more than 8 dBic gain it concentrates the read zone, for example on a single lane or gate, and reduces reads in adjacent areas. The housing measures 335 × 130 × 17.6 mm.
Circular polarization keeps tag detection largely independent of tag rotation, and an axial ratio below 3 dB keeps it genuinely circular. The antenna covers 902–928 MHz with VSWR ≤ 1.3:1 and 50 Ω input impedance and suits any UHF | RAIN RFID reader (ISO/IEC 18000-63, EPC Gen2).
The RF feed is a pigtail with an SMA female connector that leaves the long side of the housing. The antenna is built from FR4, steel and ABS in silvery white and operates from −40 to +85 °C; four lugs at the short ends fix it to walls, frames or ceilings.
