UHF | RAIN - RFID Antenna Times-7 - A4030C

The Times-7 A4030C is a circularly polarised far-field RAIN RFID antenna from the Times-7 SlimLine range. A right-hand circularly polarised element delivers 6.5 dBiC typical gain with a 60° 3 dB beamwidth in both planes and a read range of up to 6 m. The square housing measures 280 x 280 mm and is only 12.2 mm deep, with a net weight of 0.74 kg.

Typical VSWR is 1.4, the axial ratio 2 dB and the front-to-back ratio 26 dB. Versions cover 865–868 MHz (ETSI) or 902–928 MHz (FCC) and work with any UHF RFID reader with a 50 Ω antenna port at up to 3 W input power.

The fire-retardant ABS radome is rated IP65, with operation from -20 to +55 °C. The SMA female connector sits on the rear, so the cable stays hidden behind the antenna. Recessed corner holes allow fully flush mounting or attachment of 100 x 100 mm VESA brackets; the optional mounting plate (shared with the A4030L) supports bracket installation indoors and outdoors.
