UHF | RAIN - RFID Antenna Times-7 - A6031

The Times-7 A6031 is an ultra-low-profile, circularly polarised flat panel RAIN RFID antenna from the Times-7 SlimLine range. A right-hand circularly polarised element delivers 4 dBiC typical gain with a wide 80° 3 dB beamwidth in both planes and a read range of up to 4 m. At 274 x 213 x 12.2 mm and 0.6 kg net it is similar in size and weight to a tablet PC and blends into office and retail environments.

Typical VSWR is 1.4, the axial ratio is 2 dB at boresight and the front-to-back ratio 18 dB. Versions cover 865–868 MHz (ETSI) or 902–928 MHz (FCC) and work with any UHF RFID reader with a 50 Ω antenna port at up to 3 W input power.

The fire-retardant ABS radome is rated IP65 and tested to IEC 68-2 for vibration, humidity, cold, heat and temperature shock (-40 to +70 °C). Operating range is -20 to +55 °C. The SMA female connector is on a 324 mm side fly lead. Integrated mounting holes allow direct fixing; the optional mounting plate (shared with the B6031) supports VESA brackets for rack mounting.
