UHF | RAIN - RFID Antenna Times-7 - A8065 Combo

The Times-7 A8065 Combo is a SlimLine door frame antenna set that turns an existing doorway into a RAIN RFID read point. It combines three antennas: the vertically polarised A8065V and the horizontally polarised A8065H on the two door sides, and the dual-linear A8065D with two ports across the top. Each antenna measures 700 x 90 mm and is only 9.6 mm deep, so it sits flat on standard door frames.

Combining vertical linear, horizontal linear and dual-linear polarisation gives read coverage regardless of tag orientation. The A8065V delivers 7.5 dBi and the A8065H 6 dBi typical gain; the overhead A8065D provides 3 dBi horizontal and 4 dBi vertical, both typical. All units cover 865–868 MHz (ETSI) or 902–928 MHz (FCC), accept up to 3 W and work with any UHF RFID reader with 50 Ω ports.

The flame-retardant ABS radomes are rated IP54 and operate from -20 to +55 °C. Each antenna has integrated drill guides that can be drilled through without damaging the element, or attaches with an adhesive foam strip; RF connects via a 300 mm RG-316 lead with SMA female connector.
